Window balances

Quick Learner from 28387
The window balances I have are different than the ones I see on your website. As you can see, mine are springs with small plastic pieces on the top. The top piece has broke on several of my windows. Soooooo..... can you help? Do you sell any type of replacement or do you know where I might be able to find them?
Thank You,

Thanks for posting! Your channel balances appear to be the discontinued crossbow style balance. These can potentially be converted to use our Series 795 Channel Balances.

To confirm that these balances will be a situatable replacement, you'll need to obtain a few measurements from your existing balances. These include the length of an undamaged balance, the diameter of the balance channel/tube. This measurement should be 1/2"; please let me know if it is 3/8".

You will also need to obtain the width of the bottom T-shaped attachment (it will either be 1" or 1-1/4" across the bottom of the T shape) as well as the exact weight of the window to select the correct stamp option.

Take a look at the video below for instructions on this balance conversion and the information you'll need to determine the correct balances. Let me know if you have any questions.
