I include a picture of the balance itself and the model number stamped on it. Let me know if you need anything else. The length is 26".

Hello,

Your balance resembles the S795-26 (26B) at first glance. With that being said, make sure to confirm if your balance uses a screw tab at the end of the pulley cord for installation like our stock balances. If yours uses the 15-198 hook, we can still help but it would need to be a custom order. Thank you!
