Need to replace these balances hope the pictures can help to match new ones.

Thanks for posting! This looks a lot like our Series 140 coil balance system. Based on the number printed on yours, I'd go with our S140-9. These come in left and right, and each side carries 9 pounds for a total of 18 pounds of support.
