Hello! I believe you have our S380-29 channel balance, but just make sure that the nylon attachments are the same size; especially the shoe!

Series 380 and 385 look the same and look like my balances, thus i'm not sure which to get.

The difference between the two Series is the nylon attachments. As Paul mentioned, you need to measure your own to confirm which is a better match.

The stamp option determines the strength of your spring. Based on your current stamp of 28C, I would suggest our 2830, but you should weigh your window sash just to confirm. We have a chart under each balance that shows how much weight each option can support.

I have a milestone single hung series 1000 i need to replace the bottom window sash. I had replace the window pane some year back and it broke during the last hurricane i bought the glass at the local hardware store i am now told it wasnt hurricane grade

I'm sorry, but we do not sell window sashes. We sell replacement hardware. Try a local glass company in your area.
