Window balances needed

Hello I need help determining the correct window balances for my window and ordering them. Let me know what other info you require to help me. Thank you.

See either our S380-18 or S385-18. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1710.
