I need to replace several window balances. These are the only pictures I have, and this is from only 1 window. My windows brand is Hallmark (2004 home). I need 4 for 2 windows, metal length 28". Stamp number on bracket is 27 4. I need 2 for 1 other window, metal length 22". Stamp number on bracket is 21 3. All are 1/2 in width.

Hi Barbara. I am going to assume both channel balances have the same nylon attachments--if that is not the case, we will need photos. If they are the same, you need either the S380-28 or S385-28, stamped 2740; and then, the S380-22 or S385-22, stamped 2130. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the depth of the bottom shoe. See below.
