Window balances replacement

Question

Hey I was recommend to you guys to try and find replacement parts for my windows. The balances holding the top sash of my double hung tilt windows broke the pictures are the old ones I took out and the barcode of my window if it helps id the part I would need

Thanks for reaching out. You have the discontinued cross-bow balances however, we do have a suitable replacement that will work for you.

These have been converted to the more modern S795 channel balance which could potentially be the replacement you'll need. Take a look at the video below for instructions on how to convert your balance.

Be mindful, you will need an undamaged version for a good length reference. It is also important to note that you will only be able to use the Series 795 if your old spring is 1/2" in diameter. So you'll need to be especially sure to double check that measurement.
