Window balances and channel piece

The balance in your photos is a match for either our S380-26 or S385-26. However, the best replacement option will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe. Our Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure your old shoe as shown below to see which one matches up. You will also need the 2540 spring strength option. We don't have an exact match for your top sash guide but I recommend our 18-008H. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see what you think.
