The profile or size of the balances is not the issue. The connecting point between the spring and pulley impacts the calibration and the way the balances function when installed. We'll need to see the spring and pulley connection of your balance to know what to recommend for your window.

Thanks for getting back to us. Assuming this balance used the same winged top as the assembly shown in your original post, you could have either the S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
