Hello,

Your balance resembles the S795-28 (28C). I can't be sure but it looks like your t-lock shoe may have a groove where it attaches to the balance channel. If so, that means that you would need to replace the balances since the 15-195 T-lock won't attach to your balance channels. Also, please note that the S795 uses a screw tab at the end of the pulley cord to attach to the window jamb.

As for your tilt latches, I would recommend starting by removing your latch to compare to the photos and dimensions shown on the 26-243 and 26-244 product pages.

If you need new pivot bars as well, please remove yours from the window and writ-out the dimensions for us to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
