Window brand

I'm afraid I don't know what brand your windows are from these photos. However your coil spring balance assembly appears to match our Series 140. Look it over and see if this would be a good fit. This is a generic assembly used by many, many window manufactrers.

It also looks like your tilt latch is broken. I'd be happy to try to identify that for you, but I will need to know the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center, as well as the front hole backset (distance from hole center to front edge). Would that be possible?
