Hi there!

Your operator reminds me of the 39-316 but take a look at the specifications and see if they match up with your old assembly.

I'm afraid I don't recognize the bracket, however. Can you remove it from the arm and show us photos of the front and back? Seeing how it installs on the sash would also be helpful.

Yes it is exactly the one that you showed me, except the square part is what I unscrewed from the bottom of the window, and I can't seem to get the mount for the window off of the 5 inch arm

I would suggest using some type of lubricant on your existing bracket. I believe some oil and a flat blade screwdriver should detach the bracket from the operator arm. If not, take a look at the 39-514 along with the 39-105 detach clip. This should work as a replacement if you can't get yours disconnected. Review the specifications for the mentioned parts and see what you think.
