For your window lock, I recommend the 38-091 and 38-092. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to ensure that everything lines up.

As for the operator, you have either the 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the design of the slider at the end of the arm. Yours is obscured so I don't know which one to go with. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean. Either way, you'll also need a new 39-451 cover.

Are you referring to the handle on the operator? That would be the 39-114L, if you just wanted that by itself. Yours either pops on and off or is secured by a set screw.
