Window casement crank

A home owner from Cedar Grove, NJ says:

Hello -

I need to replace a Crestline window crank. I bought the house 15 years ago, and don't have any paperwork regarding the window. All I know is that it's Crestline. The handle separated from the crank, so I can open the window, but when I reverse direction to close it doesn't catch.

I have attached photographs of the parts. The only identifying number that I can find is L30841, which is attached to the arm, rather than the crank itself.

Can you tell me what part I would need to order? It looks a straight forward repair once I have that. Also, I see you ship from NJ. I live in Cedar Grove (Essex County), do you have a distribution center near by?

Thanks,

James

Thanks for posting. See either our 39-031 & 39-032 Entrygard Operators, or our 39-155 & 39-156 Caradco Operators. You will need to compare the dimensions, particularly the length of the link arm, to your old operator in order see which matches closest.

For an operator cover, see our 39-107. For a new crank handle, see our 39-205
