Window casement operators - which replacement?

I need about 7 of these. Not sure how to measure them. The base of the operator (corresponding to the hole in the sill) measures a little over 4 inches. The arm of the operator measures about a foot.

More info. The operators are labeled "Truth". Here is one with the sill removed.
