Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S351-27 and S390-27 with the 2640 stamp option. The important difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below and see which one matches up best. 

As for the window mounts, we'll need to see a photo of that part removed from the window sash.
