The number stamped on the balance only indicates the spring strength of the balance and plays no part with the identification or replacement. If you have not done so already, please remove the balance out of the window and forward over photos showing the entire balance.

Thank you for the photos. Your balance closely resembles both our S380-33 and S385-33. The difference between these two parts lie within the depth measurement of the bottom shoe. The depth measurement of the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". Measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with a 3240 option.
