Thanks for your post. This looks like an S380-29, with a stamp option of 2840. However, the balance's bottom nylon shoe depth looks like it might be closer to 7/8" than 1". Please confirm. If so, you need custom balances with the 15-029 7/8" shoe attached, rather than the one used with our Series 380 (the 1" 15-005). We can furbish those for you without issue--I just need to know how many balances you would need. From there I can get a quote for you. Many thanks.

Hi Bob,

I have placed an order yesterday, I did order S380-29. Is it possible to use the 1 " bottom shoe instead of the 7/8" shoe? If not, can I cancel the previous order so I can order the customize channel balances with a 15-029 shoe? Is there an additional fee for customizing the channel balance? I will need 12 units.

Thank you.

Hey Shengwen. Unfortunately your order already shipped, as our warehouse has a very quick turnaround time. If you believe you need balances with a 7/8" shoe instead, you have two options here. You could return the balances once you receive them, we'll refund you for them and I'll write up a separate quote for you for a custom order. Your other option though is to just try and use the balances you bought. You could see if they in fact have the correct depth; but if they do need to be 7/8", you can always sand down the 'heel' of the shoes a little to make up the difference--we've done this before ourselves. Just be careful not to sand them down too far, and also note that any modified items cannot be returned for a refund. Let me know what you think.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for the suggestions. I will try them out once I received the products.

Best,
