Hi this is my second post. I have more detailed photos in this one. I apologize. The balance is 29 inches long not counting the shoe. 5/8 inch wide. The shoe is broken on one side. The windows are original to our house that was built in 2003.

Hello,

Your balance resembles the S775-29 channel balance. You'll need to locate the stamp code on your metal channel and measure the bottom fitting to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacements. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for this information. I need to choose the correct shoe size, either C with a 1 " shoe or C with a 1 1/4 " shoe. I'm not sure how to measure the shoe but I added some photos that show what I think is the correct way to measure the shoe. Also included is the stamp on the metal that may be of help.

We can't make out exact dimensions from photos but your balance fitting appears to measure 1" wide. If so you would need the 29C & 1" shoe options for your replacement balances.

Thank you! I'll go with 1 inch. If for some reason, it's the wrong size, may I swap it?
