Window channel balance

Hi,

I'm in need of the part in the pictures. The tape measure shows the length of the metal channel. The pictures show a working piece from the opposite side of the window. Please let me know if you need additional info.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks to be the Series 770. Can you measure the metal channel and tell us what you get for the length? Can you also tell us the precise weight of the window sash?

Thanks for getting back to me.

The weight is 387g (13 5/8oz)
The length of the metal shaft is just a hair under 26"

That's very light for a sash. Are you weighing the channel balances? What you want to measure is the window sash which is the glass panel that slides up and down.

Oops. You're right. I was weighing the wrong thing.

The actual weight of the window sash is 33.6lbs.

Thank you kindly! Our balances are sold in full-length increments so the best we can offer is the S770-26 length with the 26F stamp option. A pair of balances with these stamps can support a sash weighing 30 to 34 pounds.
