Window channel balance

Question

The balance is broken on one side. The shoe is not holding the spring. I am looking to replace the whole channel balance. The closest I could find on your site is s795. However, I am not sure of the fitting. The shoe has a part number of 4610108, which is close to 15-230 on your site.

We can supply replacements for your window, but it will require a custom order as your balance is a skinnier ribbed balance that we do not commonly stock. The balance does use the 15-230 T-lock shoe and measures .478" wide by .454" deep. The length of the metal channel only should measure 32 inches long.
