I'm looking for replacement channel balance. The total length of the metal is 26 in. The weight of the window is about 17 lb.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-26 and S385-26 channel balances. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. You can also select the 2530 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 15 to 19 pounds.

It's hard to get accurate dimensions from photos, but if the shoe is over 1" deep, you likely have the Series 385.
