Window channel balance

Thanks for writing in! This window balance is similar to the S380-32 but to ensure this is the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the spring inside the channel balance. I'm particularly looking to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the center of the balance.

Yes, these help. Either the S380-32 or the S385-32 can work to replace this balance. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.
