Paul from SWISCO responded:
For your Kinro window balances, you could just remove and replace the 15-004 nylon shoes with 62-005 rivets, or you could order a complete balance system, which would be our S385-28. The spring weight is stamped on the balance channel, and it should be a four digit number beginning with "27". It may only be three digits, with a space or hyphen in between. In that case, add a zero to the end and remove the space/hyphen.
