Window channel balance & clip

Question

I need to replace the window channel balance on 3 of my windows. I am pretty sure the part I need is S385-23, but can you confirm from these pics?
I have 3 identical windows and two have given out. I have to imagine the 3rd will soon. I also need the clips to go with.
if you can confirm the part numbers I'm ready to place my order. I've used YouTube to identify the problem. I was able to reattach the existing springs and get them to work temporarily, so I'm confident on reinstalling. I just don't want to order 6 of the wrong springs. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. I agree, this looks like an S385-23. The only other possibility is the S380-23. It comes down to the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2230.

I am not certain what you mean by balance clip. If you mean the take-out clip used to get the balances in and out of the window, see if the 16-002 matches what you have. If you need Top Sash Guides, the nylon blocks that keep the balances aligned with the sash, please remove an undamaged version and show it to us from the front and side.
