Window channel balance assistance

Question

I have a 21" channel balance that is 1/2" thick. In the photos submitted, one tab on shoe and top attachment were broken. "2030" is stamped on the channel.
Please help me identify this part.

Thank you for sharing your photos with us. Check out our S380-21 channel balance. This includes a bottom balance shoe with a 1" depth. Measure your bottom balance shoe to confirm this is the correct balance for you. If so, then you can go with the 2030 option that supports a sash weight of 12-15 pounds.
