Window channel balance replacement

Question

The channel is 29 " long.  The markings are 2730 B.S.I.  One side is broken, do you recommend buying one or both? I had more photos but I maxed out the limit of photos.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement. See the diagram below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option, choose 2730.
