Window channel balance replacement

I am trying to locate a replacement part for a window channel balance with part number 25 4 HV CMC 2 .I have attached photos that I hope will help you identify the replacement part I need.

Hey, Cary! Based on your photos and information, I recommend either our S380-26 or S385-26, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. That's the only difference between them. Look over our measurements and let me know what you think.

Hi Tom,

I believe I need the S380-26 . However, I am not sure which option to specify. The stamp on the old part is 25 4 HV CMC 2. Does the 25 4 indicate that I should order the 2540 option?
