Window channel balance replacement

Question

Need help identifying window channel balance replacement for non-tilt Rollyson aluminum windows.  My larger/wider windows have a 27 4 FL Caldwell stamp on the existing channel balances.  The narrower windows have a 27 4 EL Caldwell stamp on them.  Both channel balances are 28" long and 1/2" wide.  Which of the window channel balance replacements do you recommend?

These stamp codes only tell us spring strength of the balance. To know what kind you need, we have to see the balances out of the window, and specifically the nylon fittings on either end. Now, Rollyson windows oftne use our Series 371 balances, so this may indeed be what you need; but there's some other possibilities as well, so it's best to see to confirm.
