Thanks for reaching out! This window balance can be replaced with either the S378-29 or the S380-29. To determine which series you have, confirm the depth measurement of the bottom shoe.

Our 2830 stamp may work in place of your 28-C-30 stamp but it would be a good idea to double check that your sash weight falls between 16 to 23lbs.
