Window channel balance replacement needed

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance can be replaced with either the S380-21 with a 1" shoe or the S385-21 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth measurement of your bottom shoe. It would also be a good idea to confirm that the length of your metal channel is 21", not including the attachments.

The stamp from your balance cannot be cross-referenced with the stamps from our replacements. That said, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. There is a chart below the product description of each balance that lists the weight range each balance stamp can support.
