Window channel balance rods repair replace

Question

I have watched the video. It tells me that I need 24 inch series 795T lock 2 26-200 screw clips.
my sash weighs 15 pounds my t-shoe one and a quarter inch My pivot bar is one and a quarter inch between the holes. I'm not sure whether it needs to 26-021 or 36-366

Thanks for writing in! Yes, you are correct. You can use the S795-24 Channel Balance to replace your existing crossbow balances. This will come with a 15-195 1-1/4" shoe attached to it. You can select the 24B stamp option for your 15lb sash.

Be sure to double check that the installation hole at the top of the window channel is square. If it is any other shape, the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug will not work for you.

Regarding the pivot bars, we typically suggest using either on of these. To determine which one is the correct fit, you'll need to carefully compare each of their dimensions.
