Window channel balancer

A quick learner says:
Hi. In the photos, I believe I have a window balance. It helps keep the window open. The bottom end of it has a piece that's broken off. Is it something that can be replaced? I think the broken part reads PATO 4610108 - it's hard to read the etch. Also included a photo of the back of the broken piece. Thanks

This looks like a Series 795 Channel Balance. That T-Lock Shoe appears to have an open cam (that is to say, you can see through the back of it when there's not something jammed in the cam), in which case you'd want the 15-195B T-Lock Shoe. The pivot bar that broke off might be our 26-021, but you'll want to compare with an undamaged version to confirm.
