Hey there. I am confident we can help replace this channel balance, but we need to verify a few things. Can you show us the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel? Some balances from the west coast have a special design we need account for. Next, can you weigh the window sash the balances support? Many thanks.

Hello
Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you!
weight is about 20 lbs - we weighed it on a scale by itself and with someone holding it, alone it was 20, with done holding it 18.5
I've uploaded the underside ends of what we have, Hope this helps
Thank you,
Vickie

Thanks, Vickie. This looks like either an S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balance. The only difference is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 1950, which designates a balance that can support a sash in the weight range of 18 through 21 pounds.

Thank for the information

We measured shoe and it was 1 3/32" option, we need 2 of those - how do I go about placing an order please?

Thank you,

Vickie

Hi Vickie. You can order the balances right from the S385-20 shop page. Be sure to choose stamp option 1950 before proceeding. Let us know if you have further questions.
