Window channel balances

Question

I need channel balances for a PTG single hung non-tilt window. The markings on the balance are as shown in the picture, 35 9 CX CMC 7. The measurement of the balance from tip to tip is 37", the measurement from metal edges is 35 15/16.

Take a look at our S395-36 channel balance, I think you'll find this is a good match. I recommend weighing the sash on a scale to determine the proper option.
