Hello there. The Spiral Balance seems to be either our Series 600 or Series 900, depending on the outer tube diameter. See the videos on this page that detail how to remove and replace a spiral balance, as well as how to identify the right match. For the pivot shoe, please remove an undamaged version if available and show us a picture; also tell us its width and thickness.

Both pivot shoes are completely broken. It's about a 1/2" thick. The balance rod is the 3/8" version

Thanks for getting back to us. If the shoe is 1/2" thick then I recommend looking at our 15-046 to start out with. This is 1-1/4" wide, 1/2" thick, and is fully compatible with the recommended balances.
