Window coil Balance replacement

Can you help me locate this part? This is a vinyl window made by Northeast Windows. I don't see a part that looks like this.on your website. It looks to be a double coil that broke on the outside.

Sure, this looks like a pretty basic coil balance assembly. See our 15-087 shoe carrier, Series 180 coil spring, and 16-024 mounting bracket.

My window looks the same and is Northeast brand. My sash is about 4lbs... so would I need to order two, 2 lb coil springs? what part number is that? I dont see a 2 lb version.

There is no 2 pound version, to my knowledge. A 4 pound sash is extraordinarily light. I recommend that you triple check that, just to be sure.
