Window coil balance

I have simonton tilt in double hung windows. When I bought the house most of the windows had broken coil balance springs. The only part number I found on the spring was 801020. The window model is in the picture. How do I figure out what size balance spring I need.

Can you please send us pictures of the coil removed from the window, along with the pivot housing?
This will allow our parts experts to better recommend replacement options

The spring is 3/8" and break is 1/2 x1 1/4"x 1 1/2"
