I need help determining the full replacement parts for this window coil balance. Unfortunately besides the '6k' there's no other identifying text.

Thanks for your post! Your balance shoe is a match for the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. While I confident this is the correct replacement, be sure to compare the dimensions below.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance. Since your spring is marked with a 6, you'll need the S152-06. The cover can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
