Can't find any info on window. Right side balce snapped and will need to replace left and right. The bottom portion seems to be 1-1/4 wide by 9/16 deep by 1-1/4 high. Not sure if a replacement would look different and all parts would need to be replaced that are associated with it. I have worked with your reps in the past and they were great. I'm hoping you can help me with this.

Hey there. This looks like an older version of the 15-177 Pivot Shoe to me, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.
