Window coil balance

My window balance is broken. Just wondering if you can help identify the series Number for them. Thank you so much.

Your pivot shoe is no longer available, but you can use the 15-177. The Series 152 are the compatible coil springs. You will have to check the old springs for a weight code.

If there aren't any or they're too faded, we will need you to weigh the sash and get back to us with the exact weight.
