Hi there, this window became very difficult to open. I believe the coil balance busted on both sides? I've included label pics and I saw a 6lb mark on the shoe thing. Can you tell exactly what parts I need? Thanks!

Thanks for your post! We can supply the replacement coil assemblies need to repair your window. Although, to narrow down the correct match, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bottom housing to determine the correct match. The sash obstructs the view of it, so you'll need to remove it to obtain the photo.

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need the S161-06 Roller-Tilt Assembly along with the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing and S180-06 Coil Balance to replace your existing assembly. I am confident this is the correct replacement, but be sure to review and compare the dimensions below.

The are typically used with the 26-405 Rounded End Pivot Bar.
