Window coil balance on Mi window sash

Question

The coil balance on the upper window sash needs to be replaced. Additional details:
- On the coil closest to the pivot, there appears to be a "6" stamped on the side.
- On the coil furthest away from the pivot (top of photo), there appears to be a "5" stamped on the side.
- Carriage is 1.25" wide x .5" deep

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your coil balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs.

Based on the number stamps, we recommend using (1) S190-640 and (1) S190-540 coil spring on both sides along with the 15-182 balance bushings and 15-181 double support clip.

These springs on both sides will support a 22 pound window sash.
