Thanks for reaching out to us. We sell the individual components of this balance assembly, though not the complete assembly itself. With that in mind, I recommend looking at the following parts:

• 15-177 pivot shoe
• Series 152 coil spring
• 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel

These components will look different compared to your original, but should still be fully compatible with the window. You'll need to remove the original spring and refer to its stamp to select the correct Series 152 weight option, but since your sash is 10 pounds it will likely be 5 pounds per side.
