Window coil springs

Question

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the replacement parts for several windows. One picture shows the coil springs covered and intact the other picture is one I am hoping to replace. The coils have 5.0 35 marked on them. I would like to have the option to replace the whole assembly if possible.

To further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to. The window sash will need to be removed to access the pivot shoe. Take a look at the video on the page for assistance with removing the window sash.

Please also confirm if the coils are 3/8" or 1/2" thick and how many are on each side of the window. From there we can confirm the correct series. Thank you!
