Window coil system

Question

my fold out alliance windows fell out . metal coils in the track seem to be broken as well as the weatherstripping on the bottom of the window has torn out.

Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks like an older version of the 15-177, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Please review. For the weatherstripping, show us a clearer photo of the end profile and we'll do our best to help.
