Window coils broken

I need the replacements for this windows. Simonton brand. I can see the part number on the plastic part has 801020. Also included a picture of the metal part.

Hello!

We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but you could consider the 15-199 if the thickness and width match up. The 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs are sold separately, and you'll want to confirm the width of the spring band. You'll also have to check the band for a stamped weight code.
