Window crank

Thanks for writing in. We might be able to replace this casement window operator, but I need to see the entire assembly, including the arm(s) that jut out the back of the mechanism and push and pull the window, to identify what you have. A bird's eye view of the whole assembly, either with the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best. We'll do our best to narrow down your options from there. 

Thanks for posting. Our 39-028E, with a 9-1/2" long straight arm, or 39-014 with a 13" long arm, might be what you're looking for. Compare the diagrams below with your old hardware to see which matches best. In either case, for a new handle use the 39-114L sold separately.
