I need to replace this window crank.
-It has a marking "truth"
-Inside the mechanism is stamped "US PAT. 4505"

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this operator is too damaged to identify. We have the 39-023 rear mount operator but this is only an educated guess. We would have to see an undamaged version of your operator to confirm.
