This window crank isn't working. I see "Wright" as the company but don't know the part number. Anyone know?

Is the only difference which way the window opens? Thank you!

Yes, though we recommend using the side the handle is on the operator as a reference for which one you'll need. For example, if the handle is on the left side of the operator, you'd want the 39-387.
